What if the validated savings exceed $3M?
Our fee is capped at $150K regardless of total savings. If ATP identifies $10M in validated Year-1 savings, you still pay only $150K. This ensures you capture the majority of value from larger transformations.
Who validates the ROI calculations?
Your team does. ATP provides the analysis and evidence, but your stakeholders confirm every calculation. If your team doesn't agree an opportunity is real, it doesn't count toward validated savings.
What if we don't want to proceed after discovery?
No problem. Discovery is free and there's no obligation. You keep all the documentation ATP generated. Many organizations use the discovery findings to inform their own transformation planning.
When is payment due?
Payment is due when you decide to proceed with the validated opportunities. You're paying for the detailed implementation roadmap and specifications that enable transformation - not for the discovery itself.
What's included in the deliverables?
Complete implementation package: current state documentation, validated opportunity analysis, detailed technical specifications, implementation roadmap, change management plan, and test plans for each initiative.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The 5% success fee (capped at $150K) covers everything. The only additional cost is your LLM usage, which you pay directly to your provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) at their standard rates.
