S2T Consulting was founded with a straightforward observation: digital transformation projects fail not because of technology, but because of misaligned expectations, lost institutional knowledge, and decisions made without clarity.

I help organizations adopt AI responsibly—combining hands-on system design with governance, policy, and executive alignment. With 14+ years in digital solutions and customer experience leadership, my work sits at the intersection of technology, policy, and leadership—ensuring AI initiatives are not only powerful, but safe, trusted, and aligned with business realities.
AI Governance & Policy: I actively participate in AI steering committees and have co-authored enterprise Generative AI Acceptable Use Policies—shaping approved usage guidelines, human-in-the-loop requirements, escalation processes, and training standards. I translate governance into practical, day-to-day guidance for employees and leaders.
Builder & Leader Perspective: Because I actively design AI systems and help govern them, my consulting focuses on platforms that integrate into real workflows (not side experiments), clear ownership and accountability for AI output, and policies that enable adoption instead of blocking it. Clients work with me because I understand both sides of the table: the builder responsible for delivery, and the leader accountable for impact.
