Transformation programs often add tools and leave judgment where it was: in a few heads, undocumented. We work the other way round. We make the operation visible, decide what people must own, prove each change with a small piece of evidence, and write down what was learned so it compounds.

Inventory the systems, the constraints, the decisions in flight, and who owns what. Write it down where everyone can see it.

We use them that way in our own operation, and it is how we set them up when we work with you, under four rules we do not bend: a person holds authority over anything consequential, every output carries its evidence, tools are connected deliberately, and public claims are checked before they are published.
