S2T Executable Software License Agreement

By downloading and installing S2T Executable, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant: S2T Consulting grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use S2T Executable for your business operations in accordance with your subscription tier.

2. Restrictions: You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the software; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the software; (c) remove any proprietary notices; (d) use the software for any unlawful purpose.

3. Data Privacy: S2T Executable may collect usage analytics to improve the product. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at s2tconsulting.com/privacy.

4. Cloud Services: Certain features require a valid Cloud Key and active subscription. Cloud-dependent features may be unavailable without connectivity.

5. Warranty Disclaimer: The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability: S2T Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Termination: This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.
